i was just thinking about the dumb problems the LPU has every day this past weekend, i was about to make a petition if LPU 7 launched and there was nothing fixed about it, and present it to Linkin Park at a meet and greet along with a gift. Maybe Linkin Park is too busy with all their businesses to notice that their fan club has gone to crap, but maybe they'll be the right people to kick people's butts to get it moving again.

I'm sick of it. Back in the day i'd get a lot of comments about having a @linkinpark.com address: "Oh hey that's cool, how'd you do that?!" But now it has almost been a year since December 5th, and my email is still broken. Can't tell if i received anything. What makes it cruddier is that they removed the forwarding button so i could send my LPU newsletters to an account that DOES work. Great, now not only can i not use my neato LP email, i can't see if i got accepted into a meet and greet. Is there any updates when they'll fix anything? nope. Any messages from sparkart..? not in many months.

speaking of updates, i sent a support ticket in this problem in July. repeat: July. It is now almost December and there is no reply. "Support system is backed up" they say. Fine, i would wait two weeks to sift through everything, but it's been several months? I cant even say for sure if they've gotten to the support tickets from May yet. I dont think i know any LPUers who's had a support ticket replied to this year. The only person who is is Catempy. that's right, the message board moderator who isn't paid a cent. If anyone deserves a mountain of candy, it's her. She's probably done more work than the entire LPU support system.
