Since LPU 5.0 is LONG over (with 6.0 on its way out now), and seemingly almost everyone outside the United States never recieved an LPU 5.0 newsletter despite the LPU's claim that all full-package members would recieve one, *cough*false advertising*cough* I decided to upload scans of it for all you international members who got screwed over.
If anyone at HQ has a problem with this, my response is simply that these people should have recieved one of these nearly a year ago, and it's not their fault that they didn't. I sincerely hope you get it right with the 6.0 newsletters so I don't have to do this again next year.
